Flydubai fares increase as more seats are sold. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're unable to secure the lowest fare, it means another passenger has booked it before you.

Yes, you can choose and pre-book your seat for an additional cost. The price will depend on the seat you select and will be clearly displayed on the seat map during the booking process.

Yes, if your connecting flight is within 24 hours, we can tag your bag to your final destination. Please note that this service is subject to handling fees and applicable taxes.

Yes, you can bring one fully collapsible stroller, pushchair, or buggy for free as part of your checked baggage allowance when traveling with a child or infant on the same booking. It must be properly prepared and protected for travel and tagged as checked baggage at the airport check-in desk.

A PIR (Property Irregularity Report) is provided by the local handling agent upon your arrival when you report delayed or damaged baggage. The unique reference number on the report helps us track your bag and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Once your baggage is located and, where local laws permit, our local handling agent will contact you to arrange delivery, subject to customs clearance. If delivery is not possible, you will be asked to collect your baggage from our local handling agent at the arrival airport.

We offer multiple payment options. You can pay online, through our Customer Centre, or via our payment partners. Accepted methods of payment include debit or credit cards, cash, Flydubai vouchers, Apple Pay, UATP, and Knet.

If you do not yet have a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, you will need to apply for a 3D Secure IPIN through the bank that issued your credit card, as each bank has its own process.
